Theodore Armatas is the man behind Phao — the face and vision of a project
that redefines the concept of private dining in Greece.
Having worked in the kitchens of Spondi and DELTA Restaurant, two of Greece's
most acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants in Athens, he brings with him a
wealth of experience in fine dining and a deep understanding of hospitality.
Inspired by aesthetics, cooking, and human connection, Thodoris designs
memorable experiences.
He is not just interested in providing good food, but in creating a moment — authentic, caring, and meaningful. For him, hospitality is a way of expression. And the table, the most natural place to tell a story.
